Chris Head is an extremely knowledgeable and honest real estate professional. He recently sold my mother’s home in an extremely difficult market with surprising speed. He spent a significant amount of time analyzing the market and provided an accurate estimate. He presented to us a portfolio of local homes and walked us through the estimation he had carefully crafted. Once we signed a contract with Chris, he created series of pictures that showed off the highlights of the home. The pictures were spectacular. He also spent a significant amount of time walking through the home with us to understand its features so he could show the home at its best. Shortly after, he conducted a successful open house, and we received multiple offers within the first ten days. Chris then helped us through the process of understanding each bid, and the choices that we had. In the end, we were able to get just about our asking price. Once we signed with one of the prospective buyers, Chris continued his due diligence, ensuring all the proper paperwork was completed and exchanged in a timely manner. He also oversaw all the inspection processes, and talked with the buyers bank agent to ensure everything remained on schedule.
